    Visit charge har situation mein lagta hai jab technician aapke location par aata hai, fault check karta hai, ya quotation deta hai. Yeh charge lagega chahe kaam ho ya na ho, rate pasand aaye ya na aaye.

    SECTION 2: REPAIR & INSTALLATION CHARGE POLICY

    Repair charge sirf tab lagta hai jab inspection ke baad aap work approve karte hain. Visit charge aur repair charge alag-alag hain.

    Calculation Factors:

    • Complexity: Simple loose connection (₹300-₹600) vs. complex short circuit (₹1,000-₹3,000).
    • Time Required: 30 minutes vs. 3 hours.
    • Skill Level: Basic repair vs. advanced fault tracing.
    • Risk & Safety: Height work, live wire work may have extra charges.
    SECTION 3: MATERIAL & SUPPLY POLICY

    DEFAULT RULE: Customer provides material. We provide tools, labor, and expertise.

    C) Damage & Liability Policy:

    If the work area is not cleared by the customer, HSES™ is NOT responsible for any damage to customer's belongings (TV, furniture, decor, etc.).

    30 Days Labour Warranty on installation and repair work. This covers workmanship faults, not material defects or new issues.

    Material Warranty is as per the manufacturer. If we supply, we help with claims. If you supply, you claim warranty.

    SECTION 7: BOOKING & CANCELLATION

    Cancellation: Free if 2+ hours notice. ₹200 fee if less than 2 hours. Full visit charge if technician has arrived.

    Reschedule: Free if 4+ hours notice. ₹100 fee if less.

    We follow strict safety protocols. Please keep pets and children away from the work area. HSES™ is not responsible for pre-existing defects, issues in areas we didn't work on, or damage from customer negligence.
