Work We Accept

Residential Services:

  • Direct homeowners (Independent houses, flats, villas)
  • Wiring, rewiring, and electrical installations
  • Fan, light, switch, and socket work
  • MCB/DB panel installation and upgrades
  • Emergency electrical repairs (subject to availability)
  • Home automation and smart home solutions

Commercial Services:

  • Small offices, clinics, retail shops, boutiques
  • Showrooms, restaurants, private commercial spaces
  • Electrical setup for startups and small businesses

Project-Based Work:

  • Time-bound projects with clear scope
  • Custom electrical solutions
  • Solar panel installation
  • AMC for verified clients
Work We Do Not Accept

Contractor & Third-Party Projects:

  • Sub-contracted work from builders or intermediaries
  • Projects where we are not dealing directly with the end customer
  • Bulk manpower supply

Large-Scale & Society Projects:

  • Multi-tower housing societies
  • Long-term builder projects
  • Projects with vague timelines

Unsafe or Bidding-Based Work:

  • Work that violates safety standards
  • Illegal installations
  • Government or corporate tenders

Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Discretionary Acceptance: All projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. HSES™ reserves the right to accept or decline any work based on workload, safety assessment, technical feasibility, and project alignment with our values.
  2. Availability-Based Service: Emergency and same-day services are subject to technician availability and location feasibility.
  3. Quality Over Quantity: We focus on delivering reliable, long-lasting solutions rather than taking on high-volume, low-quality work.
  4. Direct Customer Relationship: We prefer working directly with property owners or authorized decision-makers to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  5. Safety-First Approach: Any work that compromises electrical safety, violates regulations, or involves non-standard practices will be declined—regardless of payment offered.
  6. No Advance Payment Required: Payment is collected only after successful job completion and customer satisfaction.
