Work Acceptance Policy
Strict Service Protocol for Quality, Safety, and Professionalism.
Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions (HSES) operates on high standards of discipline. We follow a selective work acceptance policy to ensure that every project is executed with 100 percent technical accuracy and structural safety.
Mandatory Booking Protocol
1. Appointment Required
All services are strictly by appointment only. We do not provide unscheduled services without pre-registration.
2. Booking Confirmation Options
To confirm a booking, a customer must use one of our two official channels:
- Website Form: Complete the enquiry form with full Name, Service Address, and Work Details.
- WhatsApp Message: Provide your Name, Address, and Service Requirement in writing to our official number.
3. No Dispatch on Calls Alone
We strictly enforce a NO DISPATCH ON CALLS ALONE policy. Technicians are only assigned after the customer accepts the visiting charges and estimated rates in writing via the Website Form or WhatsApp. This ensures absolute clarity and agreement on both sides.
Direct End-Customer Relationships:
- Direct property owners and residential occupants.
- Verified tenants with authorization.
- Small local office owners and independent retail shops.
- New home wiring and smart automation projects.
Third-Party and Unsafe Environments:
- Sub-contracted work from external middlemen or contractors.
- Bulk labor or manpower supply requests.
- Tasks violating Indian Electricity Rules or safety codes.
- Illegal or unmetered connection modifications.
Cancellation, Refusal and Blacklisting
1. Mandatory Visiting Charge
Once a technician is officially dispatched or has reached the registered site, the flat visiting charge (Rs. 200 for Day / Rs. 350 for Night) becomes 100 percent mandatory. This charge is payable even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the suggested repair or cancels the service on arrival.
2. Permanent Blacklisting Policy
Refusal to clear mandatory visiting charges or completed labor bills will lead to the immediate and permanent blacklisting of the registered mobile number and service address. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding non-payment for professional time and diagnostics.
3. Right to Refuse or Cancel
Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions (HSES) reserves the absolute right to refuse any job or cancel an already accepted booking at any stage. Furthermore, an HSES technician holds the immediate right to halt and cancel a project on-site if they observe unsafe conditions, suspicious behavior, or if the requirement conflicts with technical standards. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal abuse, harassment, or unprofessional conduct from clients.

Official communication and message monitoring are strictly limited to business hours.

8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Visit Charge: Rs. 350
