Payment and Refund Policy

Preamble
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all services booked through Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions (HSES), Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-DL-10-0098630, via our website or official WhatsApp channel (+91 78278 17295). By confirming a booking, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.
2.1 Zero Advance Payment Commitment
For all standard technical labor and repairs, HSES follows a strict Zero Advance Payment Policy. Payment for technical labor is collected only after the specific task is successfully completed to your approval.
Exception: Material costs, if handled or safely managed by HSES for procurement, are fully payable upfront before our technician purchases them from authorized dealers. This is not a labor charge — it is a direct pass-through cost for materials bought on your behalf.
2.2 Flat Visiting and Inspection Fee Structure
To respect professional time and manage scheduling logistics, standard physical inspections carry a mandatory, fixed visiting fee:

Once a technician is officially dispatched or reaches the registered site address, this flat diagnostic fee becomes fully mandatory and must be paid immediately — regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the larger technical quote.
2.3 Repair and Labor Charges
Labor charges for actual repair work are separate from the visiting fee and are quoted transparently after on-site diagnosis, before work begins. No work proceeds without your verbal or written approval of the quoted labor charge.
2.4 Accepted Payment Modes
- Cash on completion
- UPI (QR code / official HSES UPI ID shared at time of payment)
- Other digital modes as communicated by our technician on-site
HSES never requests payment via unofficial third-party links, screen-sharing, or remote access apps.
2.5 Refund Scenarios
100% Refund Eligibility: If HSES fails to assign a slot or complete a verified pre-paid transaction due to internal technical errors, the full amount is returned within 3–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations: The flat visiting charge (₹200) is strictly non-refundable once the technician travels to the site. Refunds do not apply to successfully utilized labor time, installed wiring segments, or cancellations made after material procurement has begun.
2.6 Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking free of charge before a technician is dispatched.
- Once a technician has been dispatched or has reached the site, the ₹200 visiting charge applies regardless of cancellation.
2.7 Non-Payment and Local Blacklisting
Failure or refusal to clear mandatory visiting charges or completed labor bills immediately on-site will result in the permanent blacklisting of the registered mobile number and service address from our active database. Future technical services will be permanently denied to blacklisted numbers/addresses.
2.8 Disputes
Any billing dispute must be raised within 24 hours of service completion by contacting hses247help@gmail.com or our official WhatsApp number, along with the invoice/receipt reference.
2.9 Policy Updates
HSES reserves the right to update this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision.
