Rescheduling & Cancellation:
- Customers can reschedule or cancel bookings by contacting us at least 2-4 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in visiting charges being applied.
- For emergency services, cancellation after technician dispatch will incur charges.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Transparent Pricing:
All charges are explained before work begins. Final pricing is based on on-site inspection and actual work scope. Pricing includes:
- Labour charges

- Visiting charges (if applicable)
- GST and other applicable taxes

5. Customer Responsibilities
Before Service:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the electrical issue
- Ensure safe access to the work area

- Keep pets and children away from the work area
- Provide necessary permissions (society approval, if required)
During Service:
- Allow the technician to inspect and assess the issue properly
- Approve the cost estimate before work begins
- Cooperate with safety protocols
- Do not interfere with the technician's work process
After Service:
- Inspect and approve the completed work
- Report any issues immediately before final payment
- Maintain the installation as per recommended guidelines
- Do not attempt self-repairs during the warranty period
6. HSES™ Rights & Responsibilities

7. Warranty Terms
Labour Warranty:
- Covers workmanship only, not material defects
- Duration: 7 to 90 days depending on service type
- Warranty is void if:
- Customer or third parties modify the installation
- Damage due to misuse, overload, or negligence
- Water damage or moisture exposure
- Voltage fluctuations or power surges
- Pre-existing wiring faults
- Natural disasters or accidents
Material Warranty:
- Provided by the manufacturer only
- HSES™ can assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer policies
- Warranty claims must be made as per brand terms

8. Liability Limitations
HSES™ is not liable for:
- Pre-existing electrical faults in the property
- Structural issues (weak walls, damaged conduits, unsafe ceilings)
- Hidden wiring problems not visible during inspection
- Appliance damage due to voltage fluctuations
- Customer-provided materials that are defective or incompatible
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies)
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind
- Issues arising from incomplete information provided by the customer
Our liability is limited to the specific work performed and only within the warranty period.
9. Prohibited Activities
Customers must NOT ask our technicians to:
- ❌ Install unsafe, jugaad (makeshift), or illegal wiring
- ❌ Tamper with electricity meters or government-controlled systems
- ❌ Bypass safety devices (MCBs, ELCBs, RCCBs, fuses)
- ❌ Perform work outside the technician's expertise or certification
- ❌ Attemptwarranty fraud or insurance fraud
- ❌ Use substandard, duplicate, or non-ISI materials against company policy
- ❌ Engage in any activity that violates electrical safety regulations or Indian law
Consequences of Violation:
- Immediate cancellation of service
- No refund of advance or visiting charges
- Legal action may be taken for serious violations
- Permanent ban from using HSES™ services
