Preamble
Welcome to HSES Connect ("HSES", "we", "us", "our"), the official digital platform of Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions, a registered MSME entity (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-DL-10-0098630) founded in 2012 and headquartered in Janakpuri, West Delhi. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a service booking through our website form or official WhatsApp channel (+91 78278 17295), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
4.1 Binding Agreement and Identity
By confirming a service booking via our website form or official WhatsApp channel, you legally agree to these Terms of Service. HSES (Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions) is a registered MSME entity operating under Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-DL-10-0098630, legally managed by founder and Managing Head MD Zafeer Hasan (Yazdaan). No verbal confirmation over a phone call constitutes a binding booking — see Section 4.2.
4.2 Mandatory Booking and "No Dispatch on Calls Alone"
To avoid technical errors, miscommunication, and maintain operational structure, HSES enforces a strict No Dispatch on Calls Alone protocol.
- A customer must submit their layout details in writing — via the Website Enquiry Form or a clear WhatsApp message — containing their Full Name, Complete Address, and Work Specifics.
- A technician is assigned and dispatched only after this written confirmation is received and acknowledged by our team.
- Phone calls alone, without a written follow-up, will not result in technician dispatch. This protects both the customer and HSES from address errors, scope misunderstandings, and unverified requests.
4.3 Standard Operating Hours
- Standard Operations: Our service track runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- HSES currently does not offer night or emergency dispatch services. All bookings, technician visits, and customer support communications are handled strictly within these hours.
- Enquiries received outside operating hours will be responded to the next available business hour.
4.4 Selective Work Acceptance and Right to Decline
To guarantee high technical standards and absolute physical safety on every project, HSES operates under a selective acceptance policy.
Work We Accept:
- Direct, transparent communication with property owners, residential tenants, and small local offices.
- Verified tenants with clear authorization from the property owner.
- Residential, commercial, and small industrial electrical work within our declared service zones.
Work We Decline:
- Sub-contracted jobs routed through external middlemen or labor contractors.
- Bulk labor or manpower supply requests.
- Unmetered, illegal, or unauthorized connection overrides.
- Any setup or request that violates official Indian Electricity Rules or safety codes (IS/IEC standards).
On-Site Right to Cancel: An HSES technician holds the immediate right to halt and cancel a project on-site if they observe unsafe structural conditions, legal property disputes, or hostile, abusive, or unprofessional behavior from the client. HSES maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward verbal abuse or harassment.
4.5 Service Area
HSES currently operates across Delhi NCR (Janakpuri and surrounding areas) and maintains a dedicated, separately-scoped service zone covering Begusarai and Samastipur districts in Bihar. Any service request outside these declared zones will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
4.6 Pricing and Payment Terms
All service pricing follows the Payment and Refund Policy, including the mandatory ₹200 flat visiting/inspection charge and Zero Advance Payment commitment for labor. Material costs, where HSES handles procurement, are payable upfront.
4.7 Intellectual Property
The HSES Connect name, logo, brand colors, and all website content are the exclusive property of Hasan Smart Electrical Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our branding or content is strictly prohibited.
4.8 Limitation of Liability
HSES's service and workmanship guarantee apply strictly to the specific wires, circuits, or switchboards directly handled by our authorized technician. See our Official Disclaimer for full scope limitations.
4.9 Amendments
HSES reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4.10 Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or mediation arising from our service engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi, India.
