Become a Partner with HSES™

1. Partnership Nature

This is a professional service partnership, not an employment contract. The Partner is not an employee, agent, or representative of HSES™. No fixed salary is guaranteed. Work is job-based / project-based.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Partner must be 18+ years old and legally allowed to work in India. All submitted documents must be true and verifiable. HSES™ reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate onboarding without obligation to disclose internal reasons.

3. Scope of Work

Partners may receive work related to electrical installation, repair & maintenance, commercial/residential/industrial services, smart home, CCTV, inverter, solar, power backup, and project-based execution. Work allocation depends on skill level, location, availability, and performance rating.

4. Payment & Earnings

Payments are job-based or project-based with terms shared before work starts. Earnings depend on service type, project size, and skill. No minimum income is guaranteed. Extra charging, cash manipulation, or hidden commissions are not allowed.

5. Payment Cycle

Payments are processed as per the agreed cycle (daily/weekly/project completion) via digital methods only. Delays caused by incomplete work, customer disputes, or rule violations may affect settlement timelines.

6. Partner Responsibilities

The Partner agrees to follow all safety standards, use certified materials, behave professionally, maintain punctuality, protect customer privacy, and represent the HSES™ brand respectfully.

7. Strict Prohibitions

Illegal/unsafe work, misbehavior, overcharging, poaching HSES™ customers, brand misuse, sharing internal pricing, or unethical conduct on duty are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

8. Tools, Materials & Expenses

Partner is responsible for personal tools and safety equipment. Materials may be provided by HSES™ (project-based) or arranged by the Partner (as approved).

9. Quality Control & Audits

HSES™ may inspect work quality, collect customer feedback, and monitor service performance. Repeated poor performance may lead to removal.

10. Confidentiality

Partner must not disclose customer details, pricing structure, or internal processes. This obligation continues even after termination.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership. HSES™ may terminate immediately for fraud, misconduct, brand damage, or legal violations. Pending payments will be settled after review.

12. Limitation of Liability

HSES™ is not responsible for the Partner’s personal losses, accidents due to negligence, or legal issues arising from the Partner’s actions.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall fall under Delhi jurisdiction.
